2.11. Rixon Holidays provides access to an API for the Affiliate Partner to use.

2.12. The Affiliate Partner agrees to use the provided tools and resources in compliance with Rixon Holidays guidelines and policies. Misuse or unauthorized use of the Affiliate Toolbar, reports,
