1.1.1. The Rixon Holidays website is managed and operated by esimba.ai, with connectivity services being supplied by the same entity.<\/p>

1.1.2. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall apply to all services rendered by Rixon Holidays in connection with the prepaid eSIM profiles provisioning to Clients.
By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and\/or by completing an order, you

1.4.1. Rixon Holidays reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services without notice at any time due to the occurrence of an event arising from network collapse or cessation of
\u05de\u05ea\u05df \u05ea\u05d7\u05d6\u05d5\u05e7\u05d4.<\/p>

1.4.2. In using the Services provided by Rixon Holidays, the Client must not engage in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions or take any actions that could impair or damage the Network. When
the Client breaches this obligation, Rixon Holidays may suspend the Client’s use of the Service.<\/p>

1.4.3. All bundles offered by Rixon Holidays are intended exclusively for use by human Clients. These bundles must not be utilized within any automated system. In situations where usage within

1.5.6. Rixon Holidays reserves the right to terminate services at any time. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.<\/p>

2.6. Rixon Holidays reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Affiliate Partner in writing at

2.7. Rixon Holidays reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Partner’s participation in the Affiliate Program under the following conditions:
- \u05d0\u05dd \u05d4\u05e9\u05d5\u05ea\u05e3 \u05d4\u05de\u05e1\u05d5\u05e0\u05e3 \u05de\u05e4\u05e8 \u05ea\u05e0\u05d0\u05d9 \u05db\u05dc\u05e9\u05d4\u05d5 \u05e9\u05dc \u05d4\u05e1\u05db\u05dd \u05d6\u05d4.
– If the Affiliate Partner engages in any activity that is harmful to Rixon Holidays brand or business.<\/p>

2.8. To commence participation in the Rixon Holidays Affiliate Program, the Affiliate Partner must accept the invitation to join via the Affiliate Portal.<\/p>

2.9. The Affiliate Partner will receive an email notification from Rixon Holidays upon the first product purchase made through their affiliate link.<\/p>

2.10. The Affiliate Partner can track their commissions at any time using the online daily reports provided by Rixon Holidays.<\/p>

2.11. Rixon Holidays provides access to an API for the Affiliate Partner to use.<\/p>

2.12. The Affiliate Partner agrees to use the provided tools and resources in compliance with Rixon Holidays guidelines and policies. Misuse or unauthorized use of the Affiliate Toolbar, reports,
\u05d0\u05d5 API \u05e2\u05dc\u05d5\u05dc \u05dc\u05d2\u05e8\u05d5\u05dd \u05dc\u05e1\u05d9\u05d5\u05dd \u05d4\u05e1\u05db\u05dd \u05d4\u05e9\u05d5\u05ea\u05e4\u05d9\u05dd.<\/p>

2.13. Rixon Holidays will provide necessary technical support and assistance to help the Affiliate Partner effectively use the Affiliate Toolbar, access reports, and integrate the API.<\/p>

3. \u05ea\u05d5\u05db\u05e0\u05d9\u05ea \u05d4\u05e4\u05e0\u05d9\u05d4<\/b><\/p>

3.1. By participating in the Rixon Holidays Referral Program, the Partner (hereinafter referred to as “Advocate”) can earn free data for every person who purchases their first Rixon Holidays product
